Never played pickleball? Our Club requires all newbies to attend an introductory pickleball lesson before being allowed to book into a regular session to learn the correct way and to avoid disruption to the regular sessions.

What happens next?
After you have attended an introductory pickleball lesson, you are welcome to book into one regular session before joining the Avalon Beach Pickleball Association. For insurance reasons, our Club requires you to become a member before being allowed to book into another session.
You can apply for membership of Avalon Beach Pickleball Association here: https://avalonbeachpickleball.org.au/become-a-member/. Once the Committee has approved your application and you have paid the prorated annual fee, your name will be entered into the Register of Members. You will then be free to book into regular sessions which are for “ALL GRADES” or include the “BEGINNER” or “LOWER INTERMEDIATE” grade.
You will need to join Meetup (free) to book into each pickleball session. We use Meetup to organise player numbers and attendance. Please follow these instructions to join Meetup: https://avalonbeachpickleball.org.au/join-pickleball-meetup-avalon-beach-sydney/. It is important that you book in each time you want to play.
